Waiting Room Ministry is a nonprofit Christian organization whose mission is to empower the Church to respond to the grief and confusion families face when impacted by homosexuality.  This is accomplished through a variety of programs that focus on the needs of families and the people ministering to them.

 

Waiting Room Ministry is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting the personal information you share with us. We have developed this privacy policy to inform our web site visitors what personal information we may collect from you when you visit our web site, how we use that information, and the choices you have regarding our use of the information including your ability to review and correct the information.  Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not disclose any personally identifiable information about you to any third party without your permission, unless we believe in good faith that we are required to do so by law.  We may share aggregated information about our web visitors with third parties, such as churches, Christian organizations, and donors, for the purpose of education and to support the need for this ministry.  This policy applies only to users accessing our web site from the United States.

Duty to Warn

 

In accordance with Arizona law, we are required to report to the appropriate authorities or third parties the following:

 

1.      Suspicion or knowledge of the physical or sexual abuse or neglect of a minor child.

2.      Suspicion or knowledge of the danger to a third party.

3.      Suspicion or knowledge of suicide of a person seeking advice from Waiting Room Ministry.

Our Commitment to Children's Privacy:

Protecting the privacy of children and adolescents is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 18.  Waiting Room Ministry Sites are not intended for children under the age of 18.  We will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18.  We strongly urge parents and guardians to participate in their children’s online activities and use parental control or other web filtering technology to supervise children’s access to the web.  If parent(s) need resources to help their child, the parent should contact Waiting Room Ministry.
